Cancellation Window: Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement.

Non-Cancellable Items:
All perishable items (such as fresh fruits, vegetables, or dairy) are non-cancellable once the order is confirmed.
Grocery items with a short shelf life are also non-cancellable.
Please note that once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled, even if it falls within the 24-hour window.
Refund Policy
Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:

Grocery products (excluding perishable and short shelf life items) may be returned for a refund within 5 days of delivery.
Items must be:
Unopened
Unused
In their original packaging
Accompanied by a valid proof of purchase
Non-Refundable Items:
Perishable items
Any product returned after the 5-day period
Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
Refund Process:

Our team will assess the request and may ask for additional information or photographs.
If approved, the refund will be processed within 7 business days to your original method of payment.
